When playing, always wear gear that appeals to your “audience”. Expose as much as you can to get the attention you deserve! It’s already tough being a female athlete

NEVER EVER allow your body to look masculine. Broad shoulders, defined muscles, and narrow hips are NOT ladylike and it makes you unattractive!

SET ACHIEVABLE GOALS! It doesn’t matter how good of an athlete you are, the men’s team will always be more glorified!

THINK ABOUT YOUR FAMILY. If you plan on having kids, think again! You most likely wouldn’t be able to travel, compete, or train as much, so you automatically get looked down upon. May want to reconsider this…

To figure out if you’re really an athlete, ask yourself ‘is this sport out of the ordinary for a woman?’ If yes, you won’t really be acknowledged or get anyway, only a very few make it to the top.

OH, gymnastics is NOT a sport, it’s girls doing ‘girls’ things. Flipping, doing splits, cartwheels, and posing. So, if you’re a gymnast, you’re just a female, not a female athlete.
